Cancellation Policy

There is a 48-hour cancellation notice prior to appointment. Since appointments are pre-paid, a missed appointment would still be charged as normal. Appointments are 1-hour in length, so if client is late, time will still adhere to original hour and the same pay rate. Appointments are either by ZOOM or PHONE.
